When you complete your order, an electronic invoice stating the transaction details will be instantaneously generated for you on your computer screen. You will also receive an email confirmation. Please keep both for your records.

You may also place your order by mail, phone or fax. If you will be ordering by mail or fax, please complete, print and send us the Order Form together with a check/cashier's order payable to "Goldport Beauty LLC". Please note that there will be a 2-day processing delay if you are paying by check.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Electronic Debit, Check, Money Order/Cashier's Order, and PayPal.

• All orders are normally processed within 24 hours of cleared payment. Orders placed before 3:30pm Pacific Standard Time on weekdays are shipped the same day. If you pay by PayPal eCheck (which requires PayPal to process transfer of funds from your bank account to your PayPal account), order will be shipped after your eCheck is cleared.
• Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
• P.O. Boxes and Military (APO/FPO) addresses are not accepted for shipment by UPS Ground.
• Shipping costs are flat rates regardless of the quantity ordered.

  Due to ever increasing volume of orders, we may not be able to email shipment confirmation after your order was shipped. But be sure all orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours upon cleared payment. For US customers, if you don't receive your order after 7 business days, please contact us. For international customers, please contact us if you don't receive your order after 14 business days.

We ship to many countries outside the United States. Delivery is usually 7 - 12 days. For faster delivery, please email us for appropriate shipping rates.

As required by law, all orders shipped within the state of California are subject to 7.75% sales tax.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us for a refund (less shipping fees, including the actual shipping fees we paid on any free ship orders and those that incurred any additional shipping costs charged by a common mail carrier, over and above our standard shipping fees stated above.) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any returns must be received by us within 30 days from date of purchase.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in good, reasonable condition, with at least 50% of the product remaining. Any merchandise not returned in its original packaging and not in good, reasonable condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Buy 3 Get 1 Free or other combination/promotional gift offers are returnable only if you return all the items. You must return all the products, including the free gift, purchased within the gift set or combination offer. Sample Packs are not returnable.

To ensure proper service and credit, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before returning the item. Any returns sent to us without an RMA number cannot be accepted. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# . Due to prior return policy abuse, return acceptance is at the discretion of Goldport Beauty.

Write the RMA number on the original invoice and send it along with the merchandise via FedEx, UPS or USPS Parcel Post prepaid and insured. Keep your shipping receipt for proof. We shall not be responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. All costs for shipping back the merchandise including packaging and insurance are not reimbursable.
