If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus your original shipping charges. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Items are not accepted for return if they are:
• without original packaging (including original manufacturer packaging box)
• past the 30-day window from date of purchase
• 25% or more of the products have been used. If your returned items are found to
be at least 25% used, we reserve the sole discretion to charge a 20% restocking
fee.

Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning products. Returned products will not be accepted without a return authorization number. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items.

Once we receive the returned products and deem them to be acceptable based on the conditions outlined above, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
